Hello Routty Math Teacher Community!

I appreciate your patience while I am finishing up a project-heavy semester of grad school for my doctorate degree. My March hiatus has become a little longer than expected. However, even though I have been focusing on finishing this semester's graduate school work, I have been brainstorming lots of new ideas for you! I will be beginning a new series soon that will become a major focus for The Routty Math Teacher blog. It will address common teaching strategies that lead to misconceptions later in mathematics. I plan to address the strategy and then give some tips and tricks on how to refocus the lesson to provide support for what's to come later. Thank you so much for your support!
